Position Title: Internal Project Coordinator

Who We Are
CEAVCO Audio Visual is a live event company that creates impactful event experiences. In a way, we are a “live” corporate theatre. Imagine you need to connect your message with an audience in a live event – this means the fusion of lights, camera, sound, and creative.

Position Overview: Team with sales and project management to create show orders in R2 ensuring the orders are complete and accurate.  When necessary the coordinator will adjust and update orders to match project managers and client’s expectation for the event.  This position will research orders for operations when there is a lack of critical information.  

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Assist sales and operations in creating show orders
  • Work with project managers to trouble shoot show orders
  • Work with the design team as necessary
  • Input orders into R2
  • Timely creation of event budgets
  • Maintain proper documentation of orders
  • Obtain CAD drawings and show requirements
  • Communicating with venues for requirements
  • Work with Internal departments to answer billing questions
  • Travel within the Denver Metro area for site surveys
  • Data entry for larger events

Position Requirements

  • Strong R2 or inventory software experience
  • Must be comfortable building A/V show orders
  • Good communication & organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize

Experience

  • Must have 5 plus years of A/V knowledge and onsite event experience

This position will report to Operations
$25 an hour

 

Position Title: Audio Visual Warehouse Technician

Position Overview: Technicians in the warehouse perform an array of functions that include processing incoming and outgoing audio visual equipment and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. This position is crucial to the accuracy of equipment on show site and the organization of equipment in the warehouse.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Process shipping and receiving, unloading trucks and checking in equipment.
  • Prepare orders by processing show requests and pulling equipment, packing boxes,   and placing show orders in delivery area.
  • Sort and place equipment or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards.
  • Assist in annual inventory process.
  • Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
  • Responsible for picking up and returning cross rentals to show site and returning them to vendors.
  • Experience with Audio Visual experience a plus.

Qualification requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1-2 yrs previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Good communication, organizational, time management and basic mathematical skills.
  • Dependable, reliable and prompt.
  • Inventory, equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills.
  • Valid Driver’s License with the ability to drive a box truck.

Physical demands and abilities

  • Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
  • Occasionally required to climb and balance.
  • Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.

 

Position Title: Production Manager

Position Overview: Ensure customer satisfaction through the detail-oriented planning and execution of successful client events. Maintain effective communication between the client and the company through the lifecycle of an individual event.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Invite prospects to and host prospects at events produced by CEAVCO
  • Use existing portfolio of shows to present new ideas to prospects and clients
  • Track and maintain current information and the status of opportunities
  • Maintain client retention with prompt service and considerate post-show follow up
  • Handle prompt invoicing and final settlements on shows
  • Attend site visits and pre-convention meetings
  • Grow accounts by increasing the scope of services offered to existing clients
  • Grow accounts by servicing new clients within the same account
  • Oversee the execution of the CEAVCO scope of work
  • Oversee onsite labor: CEAVCO staff, independent contractors, and union labor
  • Assign all jobsite duties
  • Create and communicate effective production schedules, floorplans, and diagrams
  • Obtain and use venue information and any required permits and approvals
  • Maintain good relations with venue and local staff
  • Oversee the execution of cross-rentals, freight, and travel logistics
  • Oversee the creation or acquisition of scenic solutions
  • Maintain the pre-show determined budget
  • Process all client changes to budget and scope of work in coordination with AE
  • Manage client expectations, and ensure delivery of a high quality of service
  • Perform post-show reporting
  • Perform pre-invoicing reconciliation of additions and any incurred overtime

Position Title: Account Executive

Position Overview: Attract and maintain relationships with prospective and current clients to achieve recurring annual event production revenue for the company. Serve as the point person for new business opportunities gathered through the Business Development process.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and conduct face-to-face capabilities presentations
  • Prepare persuasive, error-free, and articulate proposals
  • Invite and host prospects to events produced by CEAVCO
  • Execute information sharing processes and respond to clients and team members promptly and completely
  • Use existing portfolio of shows and other sources to present new ideas to prospects and clients
  • Track and maintain current information and status of opportunities
  • Maintain client retention with prompt service and considerate post-show follow up
  • Execute company processes for obtaining final settlements on shows and invoicing
  • Attend site visits and pre-convention meetings
  • Grow accounts by increasing the scope of services offered to existing clients
  • Grow accounts by servicing new clients within the same account
  • Grow the number of accounts by prospecting and by obtaining referrals from existing contacts

Communication: Communicate with clients, staff, and crew to effectively meet production goals, communicate ideas, and offer thought provoking solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Position Title: Busy Season Warehouse Temp

Three-month busy season audio visual warehouse position at our facility in Arvada.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Must have strong work ethic and customer service skills.
  • Must be able to lift and move 50 lbs.
  • Must work well with others.
  • Must take direction with a positive attitude.
  • Must have the flexibility to work an occasional weekend and evening.

CEAVCO is seeking to fill two positions with varying degrees of experience needed.
