A decade ago, audiovisual production companies differentiated themselves by their gear. In this CEAVCO Audio Visual spotlight, CEAVCO President Matt Emerson explains that today anybody can get the gear, so what really matters are the people on your team. Meeting planners want to know that their audiovisual production partner will bring new ideas and cover all the details so their shows go off without a hitch. They expect their partner to bring them peace of mind and deliver an exceptional experience — every time.
Once again this year, CEAVCO Audio Visual was a sponsor of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting. CEAVCO also handled audio, video, lighting, and staging for the event. The annual luncheon is a forum for networking, exchanging ideas, providing member education, and sharing an overview of plans and opportunities for the upcoming year. The 1,000 attendees from 317 organizations included business owners and community leaders throughout the Denver Metro area.
The Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce is a leading voice for Colorado’s business community. Chamber events have lots of moving parts and many stakeholders, and the Chamber regularly turns to CEAVCO as a trusted partner, relying on our team to choose the video, audio, and lighting technology that best meets their needs. Each year, the Chamber’s annual meeting is entertaining, engaging, and educational because the entire team works together to strategize and implement innovative ideas with the goal of crafting yet another memorable event experience.
In this short video clip, CEAVCO Production Technician John Safarik describes how above-and-beyond service and the audiovisual production experience of CEAVCO’s team form an unbeatable combination that differentiates us from the competition.
CEAVCO Audio Visual recently provided audio visual production support for the Romance Writers of America (RWA) Conference at the Marriott Marquis in New York City. The conference draws nearly 2,000 career-focused romance writers who seek education and information; network with fellow writers; and interact with editors, agents, publishers, vendors, retailers, and other romance publishing industry professionals.
In addition to the general session and several other main stage events, the show included 12 breakout rooms over several floors. The awards luncheon was a critical piece of the show. Our client wanted this event to look good and needed all video, audio, and lighting to work seamlessly. Just as importantly, our client wanted no surprises. CEAVCO delivered.
A special shout out to CEAVCO Project Manager Emily Sendelbach. Our client praised Emily as a super-organized straight shooter who got right to the point and covered all the important details.
In addition, Ann Chaney, President at The Beau Monde, wrote this about their RWA mini-conference: “Thank you for all Emily and your team did to make our 2019 the Beau Monde Mini-conference and soiree a success. My greatest fear each year is something will go wrong with the sound or the projector. We didn’t have one single glitch all day or evening thanks to Emily and John Safarik. Thank you again. I hope we will see you in San Francisco next July!”
Together, our team — Emily, John, Paul Trotch, Randy Culpepper, and Rick Eichenberger — delivered a great show!
