We have some big news! All of us at Colorado-based CEAVCO are thrilled to announce that one week ago Boston-based AVFX, LLC, announced the completion of a transaction that will make CEAVCO an integral part of AVFX. The two powerful event production and technology companies will be combined into one cohesive business.
AVFX President & CEO Steven Halling says, “This is a big step for both companies. By adding an office based in the western U.S., AVFX will be able to serve our national clients more efficiently. Culturally, I cannot think of a business that is a better fit than CEAVCO for the ‘whatever-it-takes’ culture that AVFX is known for!”
No jobs will be lost as a result of the transaction. In fact, the combined businesses have already implemented plans to increase hiring to better meet the pace of growth. Says Steven, “We’re excited to bring good news to our industry as the economic recovery progresses.”
AVFX and CEAVCO have collaborated on several client projects over the years. Both companies are members of AV Alliance and the Rental and Staging Network.
