Over the past couple years, CEAVCO Audio Visual has been hiring many new employees to expand our Account Management, Production, Warehouse, and Creative Services departments. This week, we’d like to give a warm welcome to Account Executive Newell Besendorfer and Project Manager Brett Kolesarek.
As an Account Executive, Newell maintains relationships with prospective and current clients and serves as the point person for new business opportunities. He attends site visits, conducts capabilities presentations, presents clients and prospects with new show ideas, hosts prospects at events produced by CEAVCO, and works closely with clients throughout the event lifecycle to ensure they receive exceptional service.
As a Project Manager, Brett handles the detail-oriented planning and execution of client events. He oversees project scope and budgets; handles venue coordination and permitting; oversees onsite labor, including CEAVCO staff, independent contractors, and union labor; creates effective production schedules, floor plans, and diagrams; works closely with clients throughout the event lifecycle; and performs post-show reporting.
