MJBizCon is an annual event held by Marijuana Business Daily, the leading business news information resource for the medical marijuana and retail cannabis industry. When their 30,000-person event was cancelled, CEAVCO transitioned the event to virtual and provided production and content development support.
We filmed in studio for a month, live streamed out of our recording suites, and prerecorded and edited videos using special switching software. We helped regular contributors from 3 continents remain a part of the conversation about elevating the industry. We made Zoom look like a professional broadcast switch, elevating the conventional on-line meeting.
The virtual space transformed their conference strategy, gave their conference a longer life than in-person events, and created an exceptional experience. We’re already talking about next year’s event!
