A north metro area region-wide collective of four Denver-area municipalities needed to broadcast an important town hall and press briefing.
Rather than holding a series of webinars or individual health commission streams, CEAVCO used a news program structure to enable government officials to share information about region-wide COVID impacts and available resources.
The live event incorporated prerecorded vignettes, including a message from Colorado Governor Jared Polis. Government officials participated in CEAVCO’s studio or remotely. We streamed the Zoom meeting to Vimeo and Facebook in real time to thousands of online viewers. An audience Q&A also included chat questions and site comments in real time.
