The NYU Grossman School of Medicine is a top 5 graduate research institution. Their continuing medical education (CME) courses advance the careers of practicing physicians, with more than 160 live and regularly scheduled educational offerings serving nearly 60,000 learners each year. In 2020, their in-person CME training went virtual, and they sought a partner that could handle dozens of complex events and provide the reliable, professional production support they required.
CEAVCO records and streams each CME course live and then edits and posts the courses on a custom microsite we built to give attendees ongoing access. For each virtual course, 20-25 doctors present live for roughly 8 hours. Our team checks in the presenters, reviews the presentations, handles polling and Q&A, and makes sure every single course goes off without a hitch.
