CEAVCO Audio Visual recently provided audio visual production support for the Romance Writers of America (RWA) Conference at the Marriott Marquis in New York City. The conference draws nearly 2,000 career-focused romance writers who seek education and information; network with fellow writers; and interact with editors, agents, publishers, vendors, retailers, and other romance publishing industry professionals.
In addition to the general session and several other main stage events, the show included 12 breakout rooms over several floors. The awards luncheon was a critical piece of the show. Our client wanted this event to look good and needed all video, audio, and lighting to work seamlessly. Just as importantly, our client wanted no surprises. CEAVCO delivered.
A special shout out to CEAVCO Project Manager Emily Sendelbach. Our client praised Emily as a super-organized straight shooter who got right to the point and covered all the important details.
