Exertis USA Pro AV is a leading route-to-market and supply chain partner for global and emerging communications technology brands. When their in-person conference couldn’t happen due to COVID, they decided to convene a virtual Executive Vendor Summit before a global audience to inform and engage their manufacturers’ sales teams. They turned to CEAVCO for production support.
The scope of work included building a customized virtual platform, 2-3 weeks of video production, live in-studio production, editing, and content hosting to enable access to resources after the event. Our Rochester, New York-based Rental & Staging Network (RSN) affiliate partner, CMI AV, set up a studio in Buffalo, NY. CEAVCO hosted a nationally recognized emcee in our Denver-area production studio to keep the event flowing and tie the event together. Live contributions came from Colorado and New York, and recorded content was tightly sequenced much like a news program. Our client also underwent a name change and complete rebrand just days before the first recording session and three weeks before the first session launch.
